Description

The “entanglement” between mountains and tea is spread out in the cover of the soup bowl of tea lovers. China’s tea mountains are mostly concentrated in the south, from the west Nushan Mountain range to the central Miao Ling, Wuling Mountain range, to the southeast Wuyi Mountain range, and then to the Dabie Mountain range, are the cradle of famous tea. In the evolution of thousands of years, each tea mountain can derive its own unique tea category.

The tea region of China is distributed in a broad range of 18 ~ 38° north latitude and 94 ~ 122° east longitude, spanning 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and 6 climatic zones. In the vertical distribution, the highest tea trees are planted on the elevation of 2600 meters, while the lowest is only tens of meters or 100 meters from the sea level.
In different mountains, there are different varieties of tea plants. The differences in soil, temperature, humidity, sunshine, and even slope orientation of these mountains have a great impact on the growth and development of tea plants and tea production, which determines the suitability and quality of tea, and forms a certain tea structure.

The leaves that float from the mountains to the world also spread the flavor characteristics given by the original mountain system all over the world, and ushered in more possibilities for the future of tea.
