Adding tea: According to the capacity of the pot, add 5 to 8 grams of dried tangerine peel white tea. Generally, 150 to 300 milliliters of water corresponds to 5 to 8 grams of tea. Rinsing the tea: Rinse the tea leaves 1-2 times with hot water at 90℃-100℃, and quickly pour out the rinsing water. Brewing: Pour in hot water at a temperature of 90℃ to 100℃, let it steep for 5 to 10 seconds, then pour it into the fair cup and distribute it to the tasting cups. Tasting: Savor slowly and experience the flavor. For subsequent brewing, the soaking time can be adjusted according to the taste, usually increasing by 5 to 10 seconds each time.
