Do you know what tea seed oil is?
Tea seed oil is made from the seeds of Pu’er tea trees and Longjing tea trees. The growth period of tea seeds is about more than 400 days, and they are the most nutritious part of the whole tea tree. Tea seed oil is a high-end edible oil produced through pure physical pressing techniques, rich in tea polyphenols and other nutrients that are not found in other edible oils. The leaves can also be brewed into tea. Tea seed oil is the only edible oil that naturally contains tea polyphenols, with a content of 0.5%—1%. Tea polyphenols are natural strong antioxidants that help enhance immune function, fight cancer, and protect against radiation.

As an edible oil from a new resource, tea seed oil has attracted widespread attention from scholars both domestically and abroad. Many researchers have studied and reported on its extraction processes and physicochemical properties. It is reported that tea seed oil contains about 80% unsaturated fatty acids and is rich in components such as tea polyphenols, vitamin E, and carotene. Modern medical research shows that tea seed oil has effects such as lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipids, inhibiting arteriosclerosis, resisting radiation, and delaying aging. It is a high-quality edible vegetable oil that can compete with olive oil.

Tea seed oil contains up to 82% unsaturated fatty acids, and after being absorbed by the human body, its digestion rate reaches 97%. Tea seed oil also contains various natural antioxidants such as tea polyphenols, plant sterols, vitamin E, carotene, and squalene. The antioxidant effect of tea polyphenols in tea seed oil is 6 to 18 times that of vitamin E. Combined with its naturally high vitamin E content, its composite antioxidant effect is 60 to 70 times that of olive oil, making it arguably the “top nutritional oil of the East”.

Time is like flowing water; it will not pause for you. You can only keep its beauty in your heart and make full use of the water it brings to nourish your parched soul. Time is the same way—life is made up of touching moments, and time is like the fine thread that links these moments together. Strung together, they are like a string of pearls, each event and each precious moment of time holding different significance for different people. For armed police officers, time is life; for students, time is knowledge. It is not obtained by request, but cultivated! Often, one would rather be misunderstood than explain.
