Its main characteristics are as follows:· Noble Origin: The Banzhang production area is acclaimed as the “King of Pu’er Tea,” known for its robust tea energy and rich, mellow taste.· Peacock Symbolism: Its name “Peacock” originates from the Yunnan peacock totem and is often used as a symbol for premium teas, representing natural ecology and exceptional quality.· Superior Quality: The tea leaves are plump and thick, with a strong aroma (often with hints of floral honey and smoky notes), and a golden, clear liquor. The taste is powerful, with a quick and lasting sweet aftertaste, strong tea energy, and rich flavor.· Collectible Value: Due to its rare raw materials and outstanding quality, the Banzhang Peacock series is highly sought after in the market, especially some early-produced star products, which hold significant value for both drinking and collecting.

“Pour from a high suspended kettle, serve slowly from a low position” technique:
1st–3rd infusion: Pour immediately and serve quickly (5–8 seconds), savoring the honey aroma and the wild mountain essence.

4th–6th infusion: Increase each infusion by 5 seconds (15–20 seconds), releasing layers of floral and fruity nectar fragrance.

From the 7th infusion onward: Boiling water triggers the flavor; extend steeping to over 25 seconds to experience the aged sweetness. Using the “pour from a high suspended kettle, serve slowly from a low position” method ensures each tea leaf is evenly infused, avoiding uneven heating.

Appearance: The first brew shows a golden ring; after the third brew, the tea soup is as clear as amber.

Aroma: Honey fragrance intertwined with floral and fruity notes, with the aftertaste carrying sweet dates aroma.

Taste: Bold yet not fierce, with a rapid returning sweetness that stimulates salivation, leaving a lasting throat sensation as if a clear spring flows through the stream.
